Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policies
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You may request cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Cancellation requests are not considered valid until confirmed by our support team.
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, often on the same business day the order is placed. Because of this, the likelihood of successful cancellation decreases as time passes. Once an order has been processed for shipment or handed over to the carrier, it cannot be canceled.
Cancellation Fees
Approved cancellations may be subject to a reasonable processing fee to cover:
Payment processing costs
Transaction fees
Administrative handling
Restocking and operational expenses
Additionally, certain payment processors and financial institutions may assess non-refundable transaction or reversal fees. In such cases, those fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated after a valid transaction, we reserve the right to:
Contest the dispute
Recover associated bank or processor penalties
Limit or refuse future service
All cancellation approvals and associated fees are determined at our sole discretion.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
Be unused and unopened
Remain in its original condition
Be in its original packaging
Include proof of purchase or order confirmation
Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, products that have been opened, altered, or tampered with are not eligible for return.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product, including the return shipping address.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If a return is approved and processed, you may place a new order separately.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened research materials
Products that have been used or tampered with
Custom or special-order products
Hazardous materials
Products classified as sensitive research compounds
We reserve the right to deny any return request that does not meet eligibility criteria.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing typically occurs within 10 business days
Please note that financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund.

All returns, cancellations, and refund decisions are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion.
