h) uploading, posting, emailing, transmitting, or otherwise offering any source that may contain a software virus or other computer code, any files and/or programs which have been designed to interfere, destroy and/or limit the operation of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunication equipment;

 

i) disrupting the normal flow of communication, or otherwise acting in any manner that would negatively affect other users' ability to participate in any real time interactions;

Luxury Peptides herein reserves the right to pre-screen, refuse and/or delete any content currently available through our Services. LATAM Orders — Refunds, Delivery Coordination & Customer Responsibility

Orders placed for delivery within LATAM are fulfilled through a regional coordination model. Final delivery is arranged locally after the product arrives in the destination country. Standard courier tracking and delivery timelines do not apply.

Customers are required to provide accurate and active contact information at checkout.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to:

LATAM-  Order Processing & Regional Coordination

Orders placed for delivery within Latin America are processed under a region-specific fulfillment model. Products are first routed to a local distribution point within the selected country, after which final delivery or pickup is coordinated directly with the customer.

Final delivery is not executed through traditional courier services. Once the product has arrived in the destination country, a representative will contact the customer to arrange:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Luxury Peptides and shall govern the use of our Services, superseding any prior version of this Agreement between you and us with respect to Luxury Peptides services. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
