Shipping Rates

Risk of Loss & Title Transfer
Title to products and risk of loss transfer to the buyer once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.

- Lost packages
- Damaged shipments after carrier acceptance
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Customs seizures or regulatory actions
Any shipping-related claims must be pursued directly with the carrier when applicable.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
If a package is returned due to:

- Incomplete address
- Failed delivery attempts
The customer may be responsible for additional reshipping fees.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.
Damage, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
- Claims must include:

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a member state of the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing justification.
To qualify:
- The product must be unopened and unused
- The product must remain in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
This right does not apply to products that have been opened or compromised due to safety or research integrity concerns.
